We also provide Nutrition Counseling to help you with your goals and better eating habits. I also try and educate you in learning all about your health as an individual. Everyone has different needs and I will focus on your health, time management, thought management and over-all needs to live a healthier optimal lifestyle. Lifting weights and jumping on a treadmill is only part of what you need to improve your health and happiness. I give one on one attention, emphasize proper technique, decrease risk of injury, and improve over-all health while giving you that motivation you’re looking for. I have Nutritional Classes that are available and all Nutrition advice is free when you become a client. I Host Nutritional classes every 4-6 weeks, and I am able to always set up private separate appointments for Nutrition and Diet Plan once you decide to become a client.
