Meet the Trainers!
Laura is from Dallas Texas and has lived in the Hampton Roads area for the past 19 years. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 17+ years, and a Nutritionist for almost 14+ years and continues to stay up to date on her studies in these areas. She had worked for the Military for almost 10+ years as a Fitness Director and continues to excel in working at Get Fit Now with all Military and Civilians who are needing help designing a good workout system that you can stay with for your entire life.
Laura started her career as a Group Fitness Instructor for Bally’s. From there she accepted a position as a Personal Trainer for the Military. This consists of scheduling STRENGTH TRAINING and GROUP CLASSES in order to bring military personnel within the commands under her care to the necessary Military Standards of Fitness.
Laura started Get Fit Now Personal Training in 2006 in order to be able to focus on individuals with their own standards and goals in mind.
Laura continually strives to excel in her fitness career through study and focuses on great programs for GROUP TRAINING, BOOT CAMP CLASSES, and BODY STEP CLASSES and more. Laura is also a Specialist in Senior Citizen Health and Fitness programs as well as Pre-Natal exercises. She is also certified in Nutritional Planning and assist clients in their Nutritional needs, and food preparation. She can train all fitness levels from pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, senior citizens, and pre/post-natal women.
Laura’s motivation, passion, knowledge, and commitment for Fitness have enabled her to guide her clients in the direction they need to reach their goals. She helps her clients stay on the road they need to stay on to maintain a healthier optimal lifestyle for years to come.
