ONE on ONE PERSONAL TRAINING:
An hour of private personal training with no distractions that will be designed to assist you in meeting your goals. A Nutritional plan that will help you with better eating habits and a guide for a better shopping list. An hour of educating you with the knowledge you need for maintaining your workout program through the rest of your life. You will learn to gain strength along with balance and breathing techniques. As you improve strength and endurance your training program will change so you will be challenged and gain more progress. Nutritional counseling is offered during the session. Homework will be provided on day’s you’re not with your trainer.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
An hour of private personal training for two or more people who are looking to get a great workout program in a fun group setting. Being in a group training session can help provide you with that extra motivation you might be looking for. You will get the same benefits through the group training as you do with one on one and with “all” the attention you need to reach your goals. Nutritional counseling is offered during the session. Homework will be provided on day’s you’re not with your trainer.
COUPLES TRAINING:
An hour of training for couples who share the same weight loss goals and Nutritional plans. Training will include a plan for building cardiovascular endurance and strength training along with resistant training. Enjoy an hour of training while motivating each other through each session. Your session will include Nutritional Counseling/Homework/and Strength training.
